Perched directly above the Village at Northstar's main gondola, One Village Place features 21 exquisite residences, ranging from 1,175 to 1,925 square feet, offering one, two and three bedrooms. One Village Place boasts masterfully appointed residences, offering a Zen atmosphere of chic, modern and mountain-inspired accoutrements coupled with spectacular forest, gondola or village views.

One Village Place has an on-site health club, spa and sauna as well as private gondola access and transportation via two club Land Rovers as well as a dedicated staff and concierge to arrange pre-arrival grocery shopping or in-residence ski equipment fittings, expediting valuable on-mountain time.

Additionally, owners enjoy an in-residence membership to Tahoe Mountain Club, with exclusive access to amenities such as Alpine Club, Schaffer’s Camp, Old Greenwood Pavilion and Wild Goose lakefront restaurant.
