Owners have storage lockers as well as heated, underground parking.
Owners also enjoy an in-residence membership to Tahoe Mountain Club, with exclusive access to amenities such as Alpine Club, Schaffer’s Camp, Old Greenwood Pavilion and Wild Goose lakefront restaurant.
The reservation policies and procedures have been thoughtfully designed to provide abundant and flexible use of the property. Last minute, long weekend and consecutive week vacations are all available.
Primary Vacation – selected at point of purchase, this fixed, seven-day period will automatically occur in your residence each year.
Planned Vacations – these four additional reservations may be up to seven consecutive days each and may be planned well in advance.
Space Available Reservations – personal use of your home for additional reservations of three to seven consecutive days and within 30 days or less of arrival. Unlimited, subject to availability (one Space Available Reservation may be held at any one time).
Short Notice Reservations – personal use of your home for additional reservations of one to seven consecutive days and within 7 days or less from date of arrival. Unlimited, subject to availability (one Short Notice Reservation may be held at any one time).
